Marie Bonn is the founder of Bonn Search Partners, a boutique Executive Search firm. She works closely with companies of various sizes, from startups with less than $1M in revenue to multi-global organizations with over $1B in revenue, to address their Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Executive Search needs. As a trusted partner to Founders, CEOs, and Boards of Directors, she is instrumental in organizations seeking top-level diverse talent.
Marie's dedication to breaking barriers and fostering an inclusive world inspired her to establish Bonn Partners, a company committed to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace. With a profound understanding of DEI initiatives, she assists organizations in creating more equitable and diverse teams, one placement at a time.
Before founding Bonn Search Partners, Marie was a Senior Partner at Mogul, hailed as the “world’s largest platform for women and diverse professionals” by Business Insider and the “best partner for finding top talent” by Inc. and “top partner for marketing your company” by Forbes. In her role, she led Mogul's Diversified Executive Search practice, successfully placing underrepresented senior leadership, including roles at the SVP, C-Suite, and Board of Directors levels across multiple sectors such as Technology, Media, Consumer Products, Retail, Private Equity, and VC-backed ventures. Marie was among the pioneers in Mogul's Diversified Executive Search.
Before her tenure at Mogul, Marie spent 11 years at Lucas Group, a Korn Ferry company, as an Executive Senior Partner. She made successful leadership placements from the VP level to the C-Suite for a variety of companies, including Fortune 500 firms, fast-growing startups, and PE and VC-backed enterprises. During her time there, she was recognized with accolades such as the Platinum Elite (Top 10% in the company), President’s Club (achieved by only 5% of the company), and the Sterling Club. She contributed significantly to the company's growth, helping it scale from $40M to over $100M in revenue.
Marie earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and finance from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV). Given her extensive experience and dedication to fostering a more inclusive world, Marie is an esteemed advocate for building diverse leadership teams that drive success for both organizations and individuals.

With over 25 years experience in scaling sales organizations, hiring top-performing SDRs through enterprise AEs, and building revenue-focused teams, Barry takes a hands-on approach to helping clients grow quickly and sustainably. He partners closely with high-growth companies in technology, finance, industrial, and emerging sectors to deliver exceptional sales and leadership talent.

Annie is a data-driven, full cycle, senior recruiter with over 25 years of retained search experience connecting organizations with top-tier talent, from Managers and Directors to C-level executives. Her expertise spans multiple functional areas from digital, marketing, sales and e-commerce to technology, finance and operations. Establishing consultative partnerships with internal and external stakeholders has been the hallmark of her success. Before joining Mogul, Annie spent more than a decade as the Director of Executive Recruiting at Digital Prophets Network , a boutique, customer-centric commerce consulting, placement and advisory firm focused specifically on building, improving and enhancing digital and ecommerce proficiencies. She was instrumental in building C-level leadership teams that function as change catalysts, innovators , customer champions and digital transformers.

With over 30 years in recruitment and executive search, Desiree has a proven record of driving growth and excellence across multiple industries including finance, technology, banking, retail, and advertising. Her career began in the dynamic tech landscape of San Francisco, where she led a team of recruiters to become the #1 search division in the Bay Area and a multi-million dollar entity.
Transitioning to Southern California, Desiree led recruiting efforts for a San Francisco-based boutique firm before joining The Adecco Group, where she cultivated staffing solutions for diverse roles within accounting, finance, IT, and engineering. As Director of Business Development for The Bachrach Group, she was instrumental in establishing a significant West Coast presence, orchestrating nationwide staffing strategies that supported a variety of industries including marketing, finance, manufacturing and healthcare.
Holding a Bachelor of Arts in Law & Society from the University of California, Santa Barbara, Desiree's profound understanding of the recruitment industry and her commitment to ethical practices have established her as a leader in shaping dynamic teams that drive organizational success. Additionally, she serves as Principal Consultant at Heartfelt Consulting, assisting young adults (and professionals in transition) to successfully navigate their career journeys.
